Cancellations
This policy protects the model’s income and schedule by requiring clients to provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice of cancellation. If the cancellation occurs within the 48-hour period, the model can make any necessary adjustments or replace the booking with another one.
If the cancellation occurs more than 48 hours in advance, the client is entitled to full reimbursement of their payment or deposit. This ensures that the client is not penalized financially for a legitimate cancellation.
On the other hand, if the cancellation occurs 24 hours or more in advance, the full refund of the fee or deposit is forfeited.
This policy is designed to compensate the client for the time they have reserved for the model and cannot be reassigned in a short period of time.
There are no exceptions to this policy.
Late cancellations can result in lost revenue and scheduling headaches, so the policy is designed to reimburse the model for time and effort put into the booking process.
It is important to clearly communicate this policy to your clients and have them confirm and agree to the policy in writing when they make a booking. This will help to avoid misunderstandings and ensure that both parties are clear on the terms of the agreement.
